I’ve fast-tracked my own career in media, achieving in 5 years what most take 10 to do.
I’ve led teams where everyone was older than me and promoted 50% of them in under 12 months.
Now, I coach high-performers to navigate the politics, position themselves strategically, and get the recognition they deserve.
Outside of work, I’m a big believer in balance, I’ve got a passport personality and a deep love for travel!
